The one-time DKK 38,500 setup fee covers configuration of your Microsoft Fabric capacity, Entra ID setup, portal deployment with your branding, and live installation support.
Do my users need Power BI licenses?
No. ProEmbedded uses Microsoft Fabric capacity, so your end-users access reports without individual Power BI licenses.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. As your user count grows, you can move from Starter to Standard or Enterprise at any time. We'll adjust billing accordingly.
What does 'Custom Domain' mean?
Your embedded analytics portal runs on your own domain (e.g., analytics.yourcompany.com), fully white-labeled with your brand.
How does Row-Level Security work?
RLS ensures each user only sees the data they are authorized to access, based on their Microsoft Entra identity and the security rules defined in your Power BI model.
