Fabric Go-Live Readiness Assessment
Know if your Fabric platform is ready to go live.
A fixed-price assessment that ends in a clear decision, not a long list of advice. In 5 to 7 days you get a scored Go, Conditional Go or No-Go verdict, backed by 40 criteria across six domains.

What we assess
Six domains, one decision
Most assessments ask whether you should adopt Fabric. This one asks whether what you have built is safe to launch, and gives you a verdict you can take to your steering group.
Architecture
Workspace layout, medallion layers, lakehouse and warehouse choices, and whether the design will hold as data and users grow.
Security
Tenant settings, workspace roles, Entra groups, row-level security, sensitivity labels and who can share what with whom.
Data Model
Semantic models, relationships, DAX, storage modes and refresh design, checked for correctness and performance.
Operations & ALM
Git integration, deployment pipelines, environments, monitoring and alerting, and what happens when a pipeline fails at night.
Capacity & Cost
Capacity sizing, throttling and smoothing, background versus interactive load, and the monthly bill you should expect after launch.
Organisational Readiness
Ownership, support model, documentation and training, so the platform has people behind it on day one.
How It Works
Scope
A short scoping call, then read-only access through a service principal. Nothing is changed in your tenant.
Scan
Automated collectors gather the evidence across workspaces, items, settings and capacity metrics.
Interview
Five stakeholder interviews cover what the scan cannot see: ownership, processes and the business plan.
Decide
40 criteria are scored across 6 weighted domains, and you get the verdict at a 60 minute readout.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is the assessment for?
Teams that have built, or are close to finishing, a Microsoft Fabric platform and need to know if it is safe to put in front of the business. It is about readiness for launch, not about whether to adopt Fabric.
What access do you need to our tenant?
Read-only access through a service principal that you create and control. We change nothing, and the evidence stays in your tenant. If a service principal is not possible, we agree a manual fallback in the scope.
How long does it take?
The Go-Live Readiness Assessment takes 5 to 7 consultant days, including the stakeholder interviews and the readout. The Readiness Check takes 2 to 3 days. Enterprise engagements take 8 to 10 days.
What happens if the verdict is No-Go?
You get a prioritised remediation roadmap that shows exactly what blocks launch. Your own team can work through it, or we can run a fixed-price remediation sprint and re-check the blocking criteria.
Are the prices fixed?
Yes. All prices are fixed, in DKK excluding VAT. The scope is bounded by the 40 criteria, so there are no surprise hours. Tenants above the Enterprise threshold are agreed in the proposal.
Can we start with the Readiness Check and upgrade later?
Yes. The full price of the Readiness Check is credited against the Go-Live Readiness Assessment if you order it within 90 days.
Launching on Fabric soon?
Book a scoping call. We look at your platform and launch date together and agree which assessment fits before any work starts.
