Privacy Policy

ProBI.dk ("ProBI", "we") is the data controller for the personal data described on this page. You can reach us at brian@probi.dk.

When you ask for the KQL cheat sheet, we collect your email address. We also store which page or campaign sent you to the form (for example a link from kql.how), so we know which content is useful.

You receive a confirmation email first (double opt-in). MailerLite records the time and IP address of your confirmation as proof of your consent. When you have confirmed, we email you the download link for the cheat sheet and occasional emails about KQL and Real-Time Intelligence.

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)). Storage: until you unsubscribe. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

We use MailerLite (MailerLite Limited / UAB MailerLite) to send email and manage the mailing list. MailerLite processes your data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else for their own purposes.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It only sets analytics cookies if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser. If you decline, we do not use analytics cookies.

If you email us or book a call, we use your details only to answer you and to follow up on your request.

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive a copy of it. Email brian@probi.dk and we will respond as soon as we can.

You also have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).
